PT Sushi Tei Indonesia opened its first outlet in Jakarta in 2003, bringing the renowned Japanese restaurant brand to sushi enthusiasts in Indonesia. It has since then subsequently grown well, opening up new outlets in other major cities in Indonesia: Bandung, Surabaya, Medan, Bali, Makassar, Yogyakarta, Pekanbaru, Batam and Palembang, as well as well as expanding its presence in Jakarta. Currently there are thirty five Sushi Tei outlets in total nationwide, with eighteen of them spread across Greater Jakarta.

Sushi Tei's outlets are best known for their simple-yet-modern approach to its open kitchen concept, employing distinctive touches of Japanese culture. Sushi Tei's open kitchen allows its patrons to take a look at what's going on as their orders are being prepared. Sushi Tei is also proud to have become the first sushi restaurant in Indonesia to feature the characteristic sushi bar with a conveyor belt. Sushi Tei aims to provide an exceptional dining experience that exceeds the expectations of customers, by blending the authenticity of Japanese highly-praised taste and a signature touch of local flavor, with the highest level of service and comfort. Paying attention not only to taste, Sushi Tei focuses also on the quality of its food as well as service.

To enhance the customers’ confidence in dining, Sushi Tei has implemented the world-renowned HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) standard in its food safety management system. The standard guarantees the quality and safety of all food, especially the sashimi menu, served at all Sushi Tei outlets. Knowing that the HACCP is always in action, Sushi Tei customers can now enjoy their wonderful meals safely and wholesomely.

WAITER/WAITRESS

Requirements:

  1. Male / Female, 19-24 years old
  2. SMA / SMK graduate from hospitality / tourism
  3. Fluency in english is preffered
  4. Experiences in similar position minimum 1 (one) years
  5. Good knowledge in service manner
  6. Attractive with proportional body weight & height
  7. Could work independently as well as a team
  8. Be able to work late and shift system are required
  9. Willing to work under pressure

ENGINEERING STAFF

Requirements:

  1. Male, 20 - 30 years old.
  2. Min SMK/ Major in Engineering.
  3. Experiences in similar position minimum 1 (one) years.
  4. Able to use Mechanical and electrical measuring instrumens (Plumbing, AC, Chiller,etc.)
  5. Good knowledge about the cooling system works.
  6. Willing to work under pressure.

STEWARD

Requirements:

  1. Male, 18 – 24 years old
  2. SMA / SMK graduate from Hospitality / Tourism
  3. Experiences in similar position minimum 1 (one) years
  4. Healthy physic, able to handle multitasks
  5. Discipline, responsible, have good/high initiative, hard-worker and neat appearance
  6. Could work independently as well as a team
  7. Be able to work late and shift system are required
  8. Willing to work under pressure

COOK III

Requirements:

  1. Male, 19 – 24 years old
  2. SMK / D1 graduate from Hospitality / Tourism
  3. Experiences in Japanese restaurant minimum 1 (one) years
  4. Have a skill to make a sushi
  5. Could work independently as well as a team
  6. Be able to work late and shift system are required
  7. Willing to work under pressure

SECURITY

Requirements:

  1. Male, 25 – 35 years old
  2. Experiences in similar position minimum 1 (one) years
  3. Independent, resourceful and possess good leadership skills
  4. Good problem solving and strong analytical skills
  5. Honest, initiative, attractive, dynamic, service oriented and smart

CAPTAIN

Requirements:

  1. Male / Female, 20 – 30 years old
  2. SMK / D1 graduate from hospitality / tourism
  3. Experiences in similar position minimum 1 (one) years
  4. Have strong knowledge about hospitality and service manner
  5. Have knowledge on schedulling
  6. Could work independently as well as a team
  7. Be able to work late and shift system are required
  8. Willing to work under pressure

STORE SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

  1. Male / Female, 25-33 years old
  2. D3 / S1 graduate from a reputable university, majoring in hospitality / tourism
  3. Fluency in english is a must
  4. Experiences in similar position minimum 2 (two) years
  5. Honest, initiative, attractive, dynamic, service oriented and smart
  6. Have strong knowledge about hospitality and service manner
  7. Good communication skill and computer literature
  8. Could work independently as well as a team
  9. Be able to work late and shift system are required
  10. Willing to work under pressure
