CUSTOMER SERVICE & TENANT RELATION COORDINATOR

Requirements:

1. Pendidikan Minimal Sarjana Strata Satu (S1), semua jurusan.

Job Descriptions:

1. Mengkoordinir keseluruhan aktifitas dan performa para Tenant Relation Officer dalam memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada tenant sesuai standard yang ditentukan.
2. Bertanggung jawab terhadap pelaksanaan Helpdesk di Summarecon Mal Serpong.
3. Sebagai penghubung utama terhadap pemeliharaan Hubungan Manajemen dengan pihak Tenant.
4. Bertanggung jawab terhadap hubungan dengan pihak ketiga untuk memastikan fasilitas penunjang operasional para tenant (Telepon, mesin EDC, ATM ).
5. Bertanggung jawab atas pelaksanaan Tenant Satisfaction Index.

1. Keep a journal of expenditure and receipt transactions.
2. Input the journal to the System.
3. Make accrued, prepaid & retention lists.
4. Making Bank Reconciliation.
5. Make proof of cutting supplier.
6. Make monthly VAT and PPh reports.
7. Collect evidence of pieces from tenants.
8. Reconciliation of PPn output with output PPh.
9. Reconciliation of VAT input with GL.
10. Reconciliation of supplier PPh with GL.
