MT FOR MERCHANDISER ANALYST

Job Description:

  • This position is responsible for supporting analytical activies including managing overall data, support key functions in the areas of identifying trends, patterns, issues and outcomes of our business processes.

Requirements :

  1. Bachelor Degree, major Mathematics/Statisctic/Science
  2. Interest in Fashion Industry
  3. Good in English (both oral & written)
  4. Good in numbers and computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel)
  5. Positive mindset, ability to work in long hour within team and individually, effective communication and high standards of accuracy and result-oriented
  6. Good analyze thru in details on daily basis

RETAIL AREA MANAGER

Job Description:

  1. Analyzing stores sales, operational and generating reports on the daily/monthly/yearly sales for planning and reviewing purposes.
  2. Monitoring and controlling the efficiency of stores operation on daily basis; including sales performance & strategy, inventory management, advertising & promotion also customer service.
  3. Maintaining relationship, communicating & negotiating with all area partners.
  4. Implementing changes and improvement required by the management.
  5. Involved in analyzing and conducting merchandise buying.

Requirements :

  1. Have no less than 2 (two) or 3 (three) years of proven track record in retail sales, operation and merchandising at fashion-related industry.
  2. Computer literate: EXCEL ability is mandatory.
  3. Good in English: both oral & written.
  4. Possess outstanding analytical and leadership skillsPositive mindset, ability to work in team and individually, effective communication and high standards of professionalism and result-oriented.

MERCHANDISING ASSISTANT MANAGER

Job Description:

  1. Ensure the stock level for all stores is sufficient at all times in order to increase the sales achievement effectively.
  2. Conduct periodical consolidation of stock for all stores.
  3. Monitoring stock movement inter-stores, from stores to warehouse conversely.
  4. Prepare OTB (On Time Buying) and buying analysis.
  5. Coordinate with Operation Department to determine the appropriate stock level.

Requirements :

  1. Bachelor Degree, any major
  2. Experience in fashion retail industry as merchandiser and buyer minimum 3 years
  3. Understand trend of fashion for buying analysis
  4. Good in English (both oral & written)
  5. Good in numbers and computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel)

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree, from any major
  2. Having experience min. 2 years in Supervisory or Managerial role, in retail industry or retail fashion will be an advantage
  3. Willing to work under shifting schedule including weekend and public holiday (6 days work, 1 day off)
  4. Good communication in English
